Our printable membership form is available in two formats for your convenience - PDF format, and Microsoft Word format.
(1) To view the membership form in Microsoft Word format you will need Microsoft Word installed on your machine.
(2) To view the membership form in PDF format you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have this then you can obtain this free of charge from Adobe.

(1) Subscription Tickets Bonus
All tickets are fully transferable so any of the tickets may be used for any of our concerts by you or your guests.
Members of the Hartlepool Music Society can now get half-price admission to concerts given by Teesside Music Society and Sunderland Piano Society on producing evidence of membership.
(2) Concessions
Accompanied children up to the age of 14 years are free at the door.
Carers admitted free.
Income Support recipients and full time Students pay only £4.50 at the door.
